OUR mission

The purpose and soul of IVA is to allow your vitality, sexuality and self-determination to blossom - gently, powerfully and entirely at your own pace.

We live in a world that has often shamed, suppressed or functionalized sexuality. This has left traces: in our bodies, in our hearts, in our relationships. In our sessions and workshops, we open up spaces in which you can explore and let go of these patterns - to feel yourself more deeply again, trust your desire and experience your lust as a source of joy, strength and creativity. Together we dive into longing, curiosity and playfulness - as well as shame, insecurities or old protective patterns that are allowed to show themselves. Everything is welcome. Step by step, a new trust in yourself, in your body and in your ability to live intimacy consciously and freely is created. We help people of all genders and ages, whether alone or as a couple, to lovingly rediscover their sexuality. For us, sexuality is not just a part of life, but a gateway: into the here and now, into your aliveness, into a feeling of wholeness. With us, you will find a safe space in which you can explore, learn, feel and grow. A space in which it is not about "achieving" something, but about remembering your very own expression: you are alive, sensual and free.

We are mainly there for you in Berlin - but we can also come to other cities on request. We are always happy when someone takes over a local organization and invites us.

We also offer regular information evenings in Berlin. The following dates are available:

In close association with the "Wahrhaft Sein" e.V. association, we work together to create spaces for encounters, growth and living humanity. As part of a supporting membership, we invite you to special, exclusive events that touch, inspire and lead you into the depths.

Wahrhaft Sein e.V. is committed to a holistic understanding of sexuality - as a natural, dignified and vibrant expression of our humanity. Sexuality is not viewed here in isolation, but as an essential component of health, inner well-being and deep connection with ourselves and others.

With every event, every encounter, we want to help create space for this understanding - mindfully, lovingly and powerfully.

Sex and sexual energy. Great power, pleasure and joy. Every human being carries an intrinsic expression of this within them. But it is also part of the power that creates suffering.

Most people find it difficult to get involved with skin, hair and full feeling. The power of creation and pleasure are heavenly. The inhibitions, taboos and unloved feelings that stand in front of it are a hell that is difficult to bear. It is so human to renounce our passion. However, the reward of conquering yourself again is priceless.

You emerge from our one-to-one work with joy, feeling alive and feeling yourself. You will gain the confidence and strength to get what you really want in your life and your (love) relationships. Authentically and openly, without exhausting tricks.

With a lot of experience and understanding for you, we gently approach those boundaries that frighten, frustrate or block you in intimate situations. You decide your pace and your steps. You can open up to yourself safely and securely. And then take new paths that make you happy.

About us

We are women who are in the mood - for pleasure, for life, for feeling fully. Down to earth and wild at heart at the same time. We love celebrating our sensuality, exploring our bodies and discovering new things again and again. With a healthy dose of wildness, we celebrate self-determination, closeness, intensity - and the love of life itself. I open up a space in which you don't have to do anything. You can arrive, in your body, in your breath, in your truth. There is room for everything in my world - tears, laughter, silence, trembling, longing. I accompany you with open hands, alert eyes and a clear heart. What I offer is not a concept. It is a living flow - nourished by experience, intuition and a deep trust in you. Tantra, sexological bodywork, womb wisdom, women's healing massage, kink, systemic coaching, the art of breathing and silent listening weave together to create a path back to you. Your body is a sacred place, not a puzzle to be solved. I believe in your power. I believe in your wisdom. I believe that we are allowed to remember - what was never really lost. If you are ready to receive yourself fully, I will accompany you. Gently, awake, and with everything that is there.

As a non-medical practitioner, I combine systemic-integrative and body-oriented methods and usually involve the body as a direct access to inner processes.

Over the past fourteen years, I have helped thousands of people with lectures, sessions, workshops and trainings to achieve a new body awareness, a self-determined life and a new powerful and pleasurable sexuality.

From the bottom of my heart, I thank all my loved ones, friends and guides, including James Swank, Joseph Kramer, Alexandra Schwarz-Schilling, Kira Kay, Diana and Michael Richardson, Clare Soloway, Nhanga, Sheila, Daniel Odier, Susanne Roursgaard and Tatjana Alexander. I love to touch - your body, your being. You are welcome, with everything you bring with you, with all your baggage. In my space, you can let yourself go completely. I appreciate the gift you give me when you slowly, bit by bit, allow yourself to be touched by me. Sometimes gentle and tender, sometimes powerful and intense. According to your wishes and your needs. Your body is wise, it speaks through my hands. And sometimes we simply flow into each other, in silent dialog.

My support is about raising awareness and sensitization for your body, your being, for yourself. Mindfulness, empathy and an appreciative attitude are the fundamental principles on which my work is based.

I am inspired by Tantra, Sexological Bodywork, Kink, Dance and Coaching and integrate my intuition and life experience into every moment.

We are sensual, sexual beings by nature - from our first breath to our last. I am happy to accompany you on the path to remembering to live in your full being.
