Unfolding The Wild Feminine

The center of our attention is often outside of ourselves, far away from our body signals and our natural sexual energy and lust for life.
This inner absence is the main cause of many problems, it also makes dealing with our soft and wild femininity and sexuality sometimes challenging or imperfect.

In a safe space, we reflect on our relationship with our bodies and examine our beliefs about sex and physicality. Together we explore female sexuality and use simple exercises to focus our awareness on our center and our own experience in the interplay of thoughts, feelings and body.
We connect with our breasts, cervix, pelvic floor, womb space and our blood and enter into a dialog with our inner world, our desires, needs and strength.

Sexual energy is the bridge back to our source. It is our connection back to our life force.
