About us

I open up a space in which you don't have to do anything. You can arrive, in your body, in your breath, in your truth. There is room for everything in my world - tears, laughter, silence, trembling, longing. I accompany you with open hands, alert eyes and a clear heart. What I offer is not a concept. It is a living flow - nourished by experience, intuition and a deep trust in you. Sexological bodywork, womb wisdom, women's healing massage, systemic coaching, integrative social therapy, kink, the art of breathing, tantra and silent listening interweave to create a path back to you. Your body is a sacred place, not a puzzle to be solved. I believe in your power. I believe in your wisdom. I believe that we are allowed to remember - what was never really lost. If you are ready to receive yourself fully, I will accompany you. Gently, awake, and with everything that is there.

As a non-medical practitioner, I combine systemic-integrative and body-oriented methods and usually involve the body as a direct access to inner processes.

Over the past fifteen years, I have helped thousands of people with lectures, sessions, workshops and trainings to achieve a new body awareness, a self-determined life and a new powerful and pleasurable sexuality.

I love to touch - your body, your being. You are welcome, with everything you bring with you, with all your baggage. In my space, you can let yourself go completely. I appreciate the gift you give me when you slowly, bit by bit, allow yourself to be touched by me. Sometimes gentle and tender, sometimes powerful and intense. According to your wishes and your needs. Your body is wise, it speaks through my hands. And sometimes we simply flow into each other, in silent dialog.

My support is about raising awareness and sensitization for your body, your being, for yourself. Mindfulness, empathy and an appreciative attitude are the fundamental principles on which my work is based.

I am inspired by Tantra, Sexological Bodywork, Kink, Dance and Coaching and integrate my intuition and life experience into every moment.

We are sensual, sexual beings by nature - from our first breath to our last. I am happy to accompany you on the path to remembering to live in your full being.
