Cervix Awakening

The uterus is much more than just an organ. It is the center of our feminine energy, a living field of receiving, feeling and creating. It is home to magic - it is directly connected to the source of life. And in the middle of it lies the cervix: the gateway between the visible and the invisible, between spirit and matter. In ancient times it was called the gateway between the worlds.

It is delicate, sensitive and at the same time very powerful - and it remembers. It is said to store emotions and experiences, it bears the traces of our history. And yet, in its essence, it is created to give pleasure. Deep, calm, undulating pleasure. A pleasure that unfolds from the depths of your body.

Many women hardly feel this part of themselves. For many, the cervix is closed or numb, sometimes even painful. Our consciousness is so often directed outwards: towards performance, towards functioning, towards expectations. We have distanced ourselves from the subtle language of our body - and therefore also from our feminine energy and zest for life.

When we begin to connect with this inner space, we open the door to our inner truth. We sense how closely our emotional and sexual experiences are interwoven. Every tension, every holding back has an effect on our cycle, our pleasure, our vitality - and every conscious connection, every loving breath brings back healing, expansiveness and trust.

The cervix teaches us that opening is not an act of wanting, but of letting go. The uterus reminds us that depth and softness are not opposites - they belong together.

This workshop is about remembering this subtle, deep way. We will talk about the anatomical and energetic nature of the womb, about the connection between the heart and the womb. We will explore how you can connect with your cervix - not by doing, but by feeling.
